Consequently, I refer to embrace the uninhibited flow of data from the outset, rather than fixate on concepts like sustainability, environmental consciousness, ingenuity, or customer-centricity at the core of the design.

Biography Detail
I have been pursuing my childhood dream of architecture since the year 2000, with intensity and passion. I am one of the two architect children of a creative artist mother and a dedicated construction engineer father.
Having spent the first 18 years within our family company, I have been involved in more than 300 projects of various sizes over a span of approximately 25 years. I served as the architect and project manager for over 100 of these projects.
From large school and factory projects to luxury residential ventures, offices, shops, restaurants, and nightclubs catering to different purposes, as well as bespoke furniture design and manufacturing, antique and vintage collecting and renovations, graphic and logo design, I have engaged in diverse domains closely related to architecture. Boutique projects that involve bold materials and textures, feature a variety of custom-made elements, and facilitate the evolutionary development of existing structures hold a special place of interest for me.
In terms of the design process, we categorize project types under twodistinct headings: Commercial Projects and Residential Projects.
Our primary goal with commercial projects is to meticulously analyze all defined and undefined investor requests, values, and objectives; seamlessly translate these into flawless and tangible values for the target audience in commercial terms, and transform this definition into a language that resonates with the architectural user; we aim to stay true to these values until project delivery.
Each residential project embodies an exciting human experiential journey for both ourselves and the family. We channel all my knowledge and empathetic abilities into seamlessly integrating the entirety of the family's values into the project. Identifying the operational habits of all family members and creating new/real-life scenarios is the foundation for crafting enduringly satisfying usage scenarios.

The identity of the design is formed by subjecting all collected data through an interdisciplinary design filter. This thoughtful and emotional atmosphere, created with the desires, objectives, and concerns of the user, guarantees that the user remains at the heart of the design identity. We keep the desires and concerns of both the investor and user alive throughout every stage of the project.
We manage the entirety of the project using the five main aspects of Project Management (scope, risk, cost, time, quality) actively. In doing so, the process advances with informed decisions for both the customer, architect, and all suppliers. We use customer and supplier communication based on clear expressions of stakeholder interests and risks in the project.
The fundamental goal in all projects is to ensure the process progresses with the most understandable transparency for the customer. To achieve this, we frequently provide reports, visuals, and drawings. There is no room in Architect Fırat’s designs for inexplicable solutions or makeshift excuses arising from incompetence.
We consider continuously enhancing the intellectual capital, workforce management ability, and communication network necessary for managing the entire process from the idea phase to the delivered state of a project as a paramount objective.
